By accessing or using Manta Security ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Manta Security provides AI agent security testing tools, including:

• **MCP Server Auditing** — Static analysis of Model Context Protocol implementations

• **Prompt Injection Testing** — Dynamic testing of LLM endpoints

• **Tool Fuzzing** — Security testing of agent tool interfaces

• **Vulnerability Reporting** — Detailed findings and remediation guidance

The Service is provided "as is" for the purpose of identifying potential security issues. We do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be detected.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the security of your password

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will NOT:

Prohibited Activities

• Scan systems without authorization from the owner

• Use findings to exploit vulnerabilities maliciously

• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls

• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties

• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service

• Use the Service to develop competing products

Authorization Requirement

You represent that you have explicit permission to test any system you scan with Manta. We are not responsible for unauthorized testing.

Pricing

• Pay-as-you-go: $5 per scan

• Starter: $29/month (100 scans)

• Pro: $99/month (1,000 scans)

• Enterprise: Custom pricing

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance

• Pay-as-you-go charges are billed at time of scan

• All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime through your dashboard

• Access continues until the end of the billing period

• No refunds for partial months

Our IP

The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by Manta Security, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your IP

You retain ownership of code you submit for scanning. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your code solely to provide scan results.

Scan Reports

Reports generated by the Service are owned by you and may be used freely.

We treat your code and scan results as confidential:

• Access limited to essential personnel

• Encrypted storage and transmission

• Automatic deletion after 30 days

• No sharing with third parties without consent

We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for improving the Service.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Liability Cap

IN NO EVENT SHALL MANTA SECURITY BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

• Damages exceeding fees paid in the prior 12 months

Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manta Security from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Violation of these Terms

• Unauthorized testing of third-party systems

• Infringement of third-party rights

We will notify you promptly of any claims and cooperate in your defense.

By You

You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Engage in fraudulent activity

• Fail to pay fees when due

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Scan data will be deleted within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.
